This is absolutely incredible. Trying to make any rocket is so complex, but the technology here is amazing. 1st speculation is that some ice formed and prevented the leg to lock in the right way. Wow!
7 Minutes of Terror
Ever since the days of the Mercury Astronauts, I have followed, dreamed about, and been fascinated with the NASA Space Program. Tonight, the Curiosity Rover attempts MARS. You just have to watch this amazing video. 7 Minutes of Terror. I will be watching LIVE. It will remind me of the late evening viewing of the 1969 Moon Landing with Walter Cronkite, Neil Armstrong and my sleepy dad. Yes!
UPDATE: DONE!! Way to go Mars Team and NASA! I love watching history unfold. Congratulations!
